Directly and only from you.
How long we keep information
We retain all classifications of customer data as described above for the duration of the lifecycle of a customer, or until our following customer data review carried out up to six months after the end of a customer’s lifecycle with us.
We will carry out a review of all customer data records held by us every six months, starting February 1st 2026.
Example A – a customer purchases a one-off back copy monthly issue from us and buys nothing else. They do this in October 2025. They cease to be a customer of ours once we have mailed them their back copy on or close after 1st November 2025. In our February 2026 review we will note the cessation of that customer’s lifecycle as at November 2025 and we will delete all the data we hold on them at that review.
Example B – a customer purchases a one-off 3 month subscription (a product comprising three issues, each issue being mailed to the customer on consecutive months, starting the 1st of the month following the month in which they purchase). They purchase this product in December 2025. In our February 2026 review they will be noted as being a current customer, as at that time they will have received two of their three issues and no action regarding the customer’s data retained by us will be taken. In our August 2026 review they will be noted as completing their customer’s lifecycle in March 2026 and as such we will delete all the data we hold on them at that time.
For more information about this please contact us using the details provided above.
