Refund policy

We do not offer returns - 

Recurring monthly subscription - you cannot return a month's issue but you can cancel your subscription at any point. If you cancel we ask for one month's notice as we cannot know where in our monthly production cycle you may choose to cancel - so at the point of your cancellation we may have already ordered materials and/or have already enclosed your next issue and/or mailed your next issue. Cancellation will take no longer than one further issue, and if your cancellation falls before a new month's production cycle has started we can cancel it on an immediate basis and you will be charged no further.

Single issue purchases - you cannot return a single issue but it will be your only purchase from us, so your financial liability is limited to that one-off purchase you make.
