Our letter discusses the Western tendency to seek validation from loved ones and partners rather than their honest feedback, the differences between the two routes, the ultimately kinder nature of the latter and how, if we are open to listening to it, we can grow as a result.

One of the art postcards we include is the aesthetically pleasing and enquiring work of Eva Gonzalez, the other features the stunningly impactful and confrontational art of Käthe Kollwitz.

We've also enclosed a Johari Window tool (including instructions on its use), and the Invitation to Wonder includes the thinking of Paul Simon and Sally Rooney, among others.
