Our letter discusses what silence actually is, its pros and cons, the variety of ways in which we can experience it, and how some of those ways can significantly enhance our life.

The original print is a delicate intaglio, and one of the two art postcards features a painting by Julia Beck, which at the time of its creation was a radical step change from what had gone before.

We include 2 options of simple guided meditations and one of the Invitation to Ponder questions asks "When you were a child what did silence feel like?"
