Our letter considers the cyclical behaviour in an unhealthy pursuit of drama, a pursuit in which we all know the outcome before we start, even if we pretend not to. We also suggest there's a much healthier, more fulfilling and more fun alternative to this behaviour.

The original print is a lino cut with built-in drama! We also have an art postcard featuring the work of Winslow Homer and a thought provoking poem by Edna St. Vincent Millay.

Our Invitation to Ponder will ask you to address "What is your 'favourite bad feeling'?" and the Invitation to Wonder features some interesting thinking from Pema Chödrön and others.
